About Rentsoft™

Operated by The Business Software Centre Limited (TBSC), the Rentsoft™ service makes it possible to use full versions of application software products (Titles) on a subscription basis.

Personal Data

The Rentsoft™ service combines a financial agreement with a software licensing agreement.

The financial agreement is with The Business Software Centre, for a subscription and scheduled payments are processed by our Payment Service Provider (PSP) PayPoint.net.

The software licensing agreement is with the associated Content Provider. Terms and conditions for your use of the Title are published by the Content Provider and you will be expected to accept these as presented in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

Each of these parties will hold some of your personal information for the duration of the Rentsoft™ subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, these parties are The Business Software Centre, PayPoint.net and the Content Provider.

Each of these parties is responsible for its use of your personal information and each publishes its own Terms and Conditions and an associated Privacy Policy.

Security

The Business Software Centre is committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure and to always protect the privacy of that information. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third party groups other than to comply with software licensing agreements and for financial transaction processing as outlined above.
