Phil Hames - Founder and Managing Director

Phil spent three years as Sales Director of Intuit before starting The Business Software Centre. Phil has over twenty years’ experience in sales and marketing roles for Xerox, Thorn EMI and other technology companies.

Michael McGrail - Chairman

Michael has held a number of CEO/MD positions with ICTV, DST Innovis and Cabledata in the US and Gandalf International, Infotron International, Tech-Nel, Hugin-Sweda and Litton Business Systems in the UK.

Chris Brandon-Trye, Company Secretary

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has held a number of CFO roles both internationally and in the UK. He has extensive retail experience and most recently was CFO of Parfums Christian Dior in the UK.

Alex Dyce - Non-executive Director

Alex has more than thirty years experience as a senior international banker, a large part with the Barclay Group, managing financial and wealth services at executive and board levels in the UK and European markets.

Jane Lucas - Operations Manager

Jane has spent eighteen years in the software industry with Sage, Intuit, Novell and WordPerfect, specialising in direct sales and operational management.

Derek Mottershead, Account Director

Derek has more than thirty years experience at CEO or Marketing Director level with a number of branded companies. Most recently, Derek was Managing Director for Bang & Olufsen UK, Ireland and Benelux.
